How To Return An Item
If you are not completely satisfied with your Chaboukie purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed, unaltered items within 7 days of receipt of purchase. Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned.
Please email email@example.com within 7 days of receipt to request a refund and we will arrange your return. Once the item has been received and inspected at our facility we will issue a refund less shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee. Your refund will be issued to the card used for purchase. We recommend using a traceable carrier, such as FedEx, UPS, or Priority Mail w/ Delivery Confirmation, as we cannot be held liable for lost returns.
If your item is in unused condition and within 15 days of it’s original receipt you may exchange your item for a different item. We will gladly replace items that are damaged or defective. Please write firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days of your receipt date to arrange your exchange. All exchanged items are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
